Fight over underage girlfriǝnd (15) ends in tragedy: Young man (19) stabbed to death
A fight over a 15-year-old girl turned fatal on Sunday in Fort Rixon, leaving one man dead and another facing murder charges.
According to reports, Mthokozisi Sibanda, aged 19, was stabbed in the chest with an okapi knife by a 17-year-old boy who was fighting with Gift Moyo, aged 20, over the teenage girl.
Eyewitnesses say Sibanda had intervened to stop the violent altercation when he was suddenly attacked and fatally wounded. The incident has left the community in sh0ck and mourning for the young man’s life.
The police have confirmed the case and stated that the juvenile suspect is now facing a murder charge. The investigation is ongoing.
