Dynamos, Triangle United Set For 2025 Chibuku Super Cup Final

Dynamos and Triangle United will face off in the 2025 Chibuku Super Cup final after both sides secured victories in their respective semi-finals over the weekend.
Triangle United booked their place in the final on Saturday, 25 October, with a 2-0 win over MWOS at Ngoni Stadium.
Goals from Witness Shave just before half-time and Menford Mudzimu shortly after the break sealed the victory for the Sugar Boys.
This marks the second time Triangle United have reached the Chibuku Super Cup final, having lifted the trophy in 2018.
Their head coach, Genesis Mangombe, also has a winning pedigree in the tournament, having claimed the cup two years ago with Dynamos.
Meanwhile, defending champions Dynamos advanced on Sunday after a dramatic 5–4 penalty shootout win over Highlanders at Rufaro Stadium.
The match ended 1–1 in regulation time, with Emmanuel Jalai giving Dynamos the lead in the 15th minute before Melikhaya Ncube equalised for Highlanders in the 69th minute.
The final was decided from the penalty spot, where Dynamos held their nerve, converting all five of their attempts.
Highlanders’ Prince Ndlovu missed his spot kick, handing Dynamos a narrow 5–4 shootout victory and a place in the final.
