Mazhindu vows to floor Zanu-PF in St Marys

Chitungwiza – Citizens Coalition for Change candidate for St Marys Brighton Mazhindu has vowed to floor moneybag Zanu-PF parliamentary candidate Norbert Jinjika in the mid-year crunch harmonized elections.

Mazhindu a renowned residents association representative leader with Chitungwiza residents and Chitungwiza and Manyame Residents association CAMERA said his organic relationship with the electorate in St Marys will see him winning with a bigger margin.

Speaking to Chaminukanews24, Mazhindu said that he intends to be vibrant in parliament as well as bring development to the people of St Marys

“Having been entrusted with the responsibility to represent the people of St Marys, I would want to thank the change Champion in Chief Advocate Nelson Chamisa and the party Citizens Coalition for Change for entrusting me, the responsibility to represent the people of St Marys. As someone who grew up and served the party in St Marys long time back, I’m equal to the task ahead. I intend to initiate various developmental programs in St Marys including lobbying for the construction of a secondary school in St Marys”

Mazhindu also said will not be a bench warmer in parliament.

” I’m not going to parliament to sleep, I will be debating in parliament. I not going to parliament just to be seating. I’m aware of the legislative role a member of parliament must be playing”.

“I want to assure you president Chamisa and the people of St Marys that I will personally fight to make sure that St Marys is under our party Citizens Coalition for Change, ” said Mazhindu

Citizens Coalition for Change has been rocked by double candidates in most parliamentary and council seats across the country. However Mazhindu downplayed the fiasco claiming that the issue will be resolved.

“The issue of double candidates is going to be resolved by the party. We will not gift Zanu the victory”
